About Us

Keyland Polymer UV Systems develops unique customer specific material deposition & application solutions of UV curable and radiation curable solid materials. These materials are used in 3D printing/additive manufacturing, graphic arts, UV cured powder coatings and other product applications using solid materials. The primary benefit of UV curing is the speed to cure a UV material. UV curing is significantly faster and consumes less energy than other forms of curing.

Curing Methods

There are multiple types of curing systems available for curing UV or radiation curable materials. These include UV Arc lamps, UV Microwave, UV LED, and Electron Beam (EB). Keyland’s primary focus is on developing new material and applications cured with UV LED light system technology.

Each project has a unique set of cure parameters and performance specifications, and there are many other aspects to consider before determining the proper equipment needed for your products and process.
